We Offer * Monthly net salary of $9,500 * Weekly payments * Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday * 21 days of year-end bonus (aguinaldo) * Savings fund * Dining room and cafeteria * Statutory benefits and above-statutory benefits * Growth opportunities * Work location: Iztapalapa, CDMX **Responsibilities** * Comprehensive management of the employee separation process. * Assistance and accompaniment during the signing of employment termination documents. * Preparation and calculation of final settlement payments (year-end bonus, vacation pay, vacation premium, and outstanding balances). * Review and validation of pending payment days generated at branches. * Management and application of corresponding outstanding balances. * Compilation and validation of employee separation files. * Preparation and submission of detailed payment reports for authorization. * Recording and tracking of paid earnings in Excel. * Receipt and validation of documentation required to proceed with payment. * Submission of final settlement payment schedule (Fridays after 6:00 pm). * Addressing and resolving inquiries or disputes to prevent labor conflicts. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in employee separations and final settlement payments. * Basic knowledge of the Federal Labor Law. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * High accuracy in calculations. * Administrative organization and control. * Confidential handling of information.
