





**Job Objective** Conduct direct in-person collection activities at clients’ residences to recover credits granted by the company, ensuring timely recovery of overdue accounts through home visits, negotiation, and personalized customer service, always maintaining a professional image aligned with established guidelines. **Main Responsibilities** * Conduct home visits to customers with outstanding debts to manage repayment of overdue credits. * Negotiate payment plans, agreements, or debt restructuring in accordance with company policies. * Record and report daily collection results in designated systems or formats. * Deliver notifications, demands, or commitment letters to delinquent customers. * Maintain constant communication with the credit and collections department regarding recovery progress. * Ensure achievement of weekly and monthly recovery targets. * Safeguard documentation and valuables securely and responsibly. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school diploma * **Experience:** Minimum 6 months in home collection, customer service, or field sales. * **Knowledge:** * Collection and negotiation techniques * Route planning and geolocation tools * Information recording and portfolio management * **Competencies:** * Effective communication * Persuasion and negotiation * Honesty and integrity * Results orientation * Organization and planning **We Offer** Base salary: $8,500 per month plus COMMISSION SCHEME Weekly payment of salary and commissions Statutory benefits Flexible working hours Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Flexible working hours * Option for an indefinite-term contract Application Question(s): * Where do you reside? * Do you have experience in home collection?
