**Job Objective** As a field collections officer, you are responsible for validating the credit application data of customers and establishing payment plans with customers who are in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and verify the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best possible solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide respectful and courteous service to our customers. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using the required and necessary protective equipment. **Ideal Candidate Profile** * Experience in customer service, collections, or sales. * Motorcycle operation skills. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication skills and ability to work well in teams.
