Together, we can transform the future of healthcare and leave a positive impact on the world! **Position Objective** To efficiently and promptly attend first-time and follow-up patients, providing safe and compassionate medical care during their stay at SANEFRO, with close clinical follow-up, while complying with current regulations. **Responsibilities and Activities** * Supervise comprehensive patient management during hemodialysis, ensuring stability and resolving complications arising during renal replacement therapy. * Assess the hemodialysis patient’s vascular access and timely manage its complications. * Ensure compliance with processes and proper functioning of critical systems. **Experience** * Inpatient care: 1 year * Management of emergencies or critically ill patients: 1 year * Hemodialysis treatments: 1 year * Management of clinical records: 1 year **Knowledge** * Interpretation of laboratory and imaging studies (electrocardiogram and chest X-ray). * Theoretical foundations of renal failure and its treatments. * Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * NOM-003-SSA3-2010 for hemodialysis practice. **Education** Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine and Surgery, or Medicine and Surgery (Degree and Federal License) **Additional Profile Requirements** * Emergency medical care * International Patient Safety Goals * ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support At Grupo PiSA, we prohibit violence and discrimination, promoting equal opportunities, inclusion, and diversity.
