Location: FINSA I Industrial Park, Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related field, completed or in final stage. * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles, involving operational and administrative process management and monitoring. * Advanced conversational English **(mandatory)**, with ability to communicate effectively in workplace settings and follow up with international customers or suppliers. **Job Responsibilities** * Develop the production plan or material requirements plan based on customer orders, sales forecasts, and inventory status. * Coordinate with purchasing, warehouse, production, and logistics departments to ensure proper plan execution. * Issue periodic reports related to production plan compliance. * Record and analyze material consumption, and timely generate purchase requisitions. * Participate in ERP/MRP system operation and optimization. * Collaborate in optimizing production scheduling processes. * Propose process improvements to enhance supply chain efficiency. * Support achievement of strategic objectives.
