




Job Summary: We are seeking an Automotive Maintenance Coordinator with fleet experience, responsible for scheduling preventive and corrective maintenance services and reporting incidents. We are looking for: An Automotive Maintenance Coordinator With experience managing gasoline and diesel fleets, multi-brand vehicles, minor and major preventive services, and minor and major corrective services. Responsibilities include scheduling preventive maintenance services—using in-house mechanics or third-party service providers (TOT), dispatching vehicles for minor and major corrective repairs, and requesting roadside assistance. Reporting drivers’ improper driving practices and damages caused to fleet vehicles. Preferred age: 25–40 years old; minimum education: automotive technician certification; minimum 4 years’ experience managing vehicle fleets; preference given to candidates with established networks of multi-brand repair shops and auto parts suppliers; willingness and ability to travel.
