




FIELD SUPPORT ENGINEER (TEMPORARY) – icorp | Tijuana We are seeking a Field Support Engineer (temporary) to provide technical assistance at various locations according to customer needs. You will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment in the field, as well as providing technical support to users across multiple facilities. * Work location: Baja California, 22225 Tijuana. * Mobility: Willingness to travel when required. * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00–18:00 hrs; Saturdays, 8:00–14:00 hrs. **Requirements:** * Degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (incomplete, intern, or graduate) * Minimum 1 year of experience in field technical support (handling physical tools, replacing parts, software installation, and preventive maintenance) * Knowledge of hardware and software * Willingness to travel * Service-oriented attitude and problem-solving skills * Incident management and service level management **Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support for computers, printers, and communication systems * Preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and software * Classification and diagnosis of incidents * Accurate documentation of procedures and maintenance performed * Ticket management and tracking of customer requests **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits
