**Hospital San Ángel Inn del Valle is seeking:** "Emergency Medical Coordinator" Requirements: \- Medical degree and valid medical license \- Specialty in Emergency Medicine \- ACLS and BLS certifications We offer: Gross monthly salary: $27,500 Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Statutory benefits Parking space Free meals Responsibilities: \- Coordinate clinical activities of the medical and nursing teams in the Emergency Department. \- Supervise accurate patient assessment, treatment, and clinical progression for hospitalized patients. \- Coordinate patient reception, triage classification, and care according to urgency level. \- Coordinate on-call scheduling, physician role assignments, and clinical coverage. \- Prepare medical performance indicator reports. \- Maintain effective communication with the Medical Directorate, Nursing, Operating Rooms, Recovery Units, Inpatient Services, Laboratory, and other diagnostic support departments. \- Participate in hospital committees (clinical records, quality, patient safety, mortality, infections, etc.). \- Ensure adherence to clinical care protocols, clinical practice guidelines, and patient safety policies. \- Clearly and ethically inform patients and their families regarding diagnosis, clinical progression, and prognosis. \- Promote continuous medical training and professional development for assigned staff. \- Review, update, and ensure implementation of procedures, clinical guidelines, and regulations. \- Foster dignified treatment, confidentiality, and professional ethics across all clinical processes. \- Promote humane, high-quality, and safe medical care.
