WHAT YOU’LL DO The in-plant service technician will collaborate with the customer, administrative team, global service assistant, and SIG to deliver local customer support on-site, with the primary goal of providing a world-class customer service experience. Daily Responsibilities: Setup and teardown of conference spaces to meet customer event requirements Perform preventive maintenance tasks to help preserve customer spaces Deliver quality support tasks promptly and conscientiously Provide on-site service support for network devices Collaborate professionally with internal and/or external teams in alignment with our values Understand and comply with local safety standards for all site tasks Provide site documentation and end-user training as required Configure and troubleshoot general audio/video/presentation systems. Requirements: * Electronics Technician or Engineer * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in audiovisual integration * Experience with networking and AV equipment support * Basic computer knowledge * Understanding of basic signal flow for audio, video, and control Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $14,000.00 – $14,500.00 per month Benefits: * Free uniforms Application Question(s): * What is your salary expectation? * What experience do you have with Audio and Video systems?
