Job Objective: Diagnose and repair Freightliner Cascadia and Columbia units, trailers, and dollies—specifically regarding the powertrain, engine, and electrical/electronic systems—with extensive knowledge of electrical systems. Age: 25–45 Education: High school diploma or technical certification Experience: 3–5 years Required Knowledge: Lighting systems. Ignition and starting systems. Fuel systems. Anti-skid and anti-lock braking systems. Window cleaning and defrosting/heating systems. Air conditioning and heating systems. Differential lock systems. GPS systems (telematics for trucks). Willingness to travel and valid driver’s license required. Work schedule: Availability for rotating shifts — Mon–Sun Job Responsibilities: Execute preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance work orders. Proficient use of electronic tools. Identify electrical and mechanical faults. Perform diagnostics and read fault codes using Diagnostic Link. Knowledge of electrical and electronic system repairs. Sufficient knowledge to perform engine calibrations. Sufficient knowledge to perform repairs not involving major engine overhauls.
