A company powered by our people.** **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree. * Intermediate–advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, database management, advanced formulas, chart creation). * 1–3 years of experience in order administration and monitoring daily production planning. * Experience in cubicaje processes. * Knowledge of unit types and transport equipment (REP). * Proficiency in customer portals such as Walmart, Soriana, and Chedraui. **Key Responsibilities:** * Validate in the system information transmitted by the customer to ensure accuracy and consistency in operational processes. * Generate cubicaje and distribution plans for customer orders in accordance with operational guidelines. * Ensure each order has a scheduled delivery appointment. * Schedule delivery appointments with end consignees via phone calls, email, and customer portals. * Manage and update operational information in the relevant systems. • Manage and operate customer portals such as Walmart, Soriana, and Chedraui for order and appointment tracking. **Schedule: Three-shift rotation.** * Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. * Monday–Saturday, 6 a.m.–2 p.m. * Monday–Saturday, 2 p.m.–10 p.m. * Monday–Friday, 10 p.m.–6 a.m. **Work Location**: Nextlalpan\- Mega campus **We Offer:** \-$15,496 Monthly gross \-10% food vouchers \-Life insurance \-Major medical expense insurance \-Indefinite-term employment contract. **At DHL Mexico, you’ll find an environment that challenges you to maximize your skills and professional potential.
