Job Summary: We are seeking a Diesel Maintenance Supervisor with experience in heavy equipment and solid knowledge of diesel engines to ensure continuous operation at the mine. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership in supervision and coordination of maintenance activities. **CLM MINING** **VACANCY: DIESEL MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR (SIERRA DE DURANGO MINE, DGO)** **Essential Requirements** Minimum education: Technical degree or engineering degree in Diesel Mechanics, Electromechanics, Automotive Mechanics, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in diesel heavy equipment maintenance, preferably in mining. Prior experience as a supervisor or crew leader. **Solid Knowledge in:** Diesel engines (Cummins, Caterpillar, Volvo, Detroit, etc.). Hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems. Preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Advanced fault diagnosis. Ability to plan, coordinate, and supervise maintenance activities. Availability for shift work and response to critical failures. **Desirable:** Experience in mining operations. Knowledge of maintenance metrics (MTTR, MTBF, mechanical availability). Spare parts control, work orders, and logbooks. Technical personnel management. Valid driver’s license. **Competencies** Leadership and decision-making. Organization and planning.
