Export** * Reviewing and preparing Shipping Instructions and VGM for export shipments. * Generating Bills of Lading (BL) based on shipment documents and data. **2\. Import** * Applying Letter of Guarantee and Consignment Order for release of import shipments. **3\. Billing and Notifications** * Sending arrival notifications to customers. * Issuing local charges related to shipments (handling, storage, etc.). * Billing import shipments using the IQShip platform. * Billing export shipments. * Communicating with internal departments to validate billing data. * Comparing terminal cargo lists against export manifests. * Reporting seal discrepancies to external customers. * Notifying customers of vessel departure. Requirements: **Profile Requirements:** * Currently enrolled student in International Business, International Trade, Commercial Relations, or related fields. * Intermediate English proficiency is mandatory. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Organizational and effective time management skills. * Attention to detail. * Immediate availability. **Morning Shift** **Work Location: Polanco** Function: Countries \& Business Development
