Your talent can inspire an entire community—we are seeking: **Coordinator of DEUS Groups and Missionary Spirituality** **Position Objective:** Develop and implement the Missionary Spirituality Plan; manage the activities of DEUS groups; ensure follow-up through a systematic formation process that guarantees continuous improvement. *Key Responsibilities:* * Monitor progress toward the CMU’s baseline objectives and goals related to spirituality. * Design, document, and update spirituality programs within Missionary Projects. * Ensure that spiritual formation and activities of DEUS Student Groups align with CMU and DEUS formation guidelines. * Define the profile of students who will join and/or lead DEUS Student Groups. * Collect and organize supporting materials for the Spiritual Formation of DEUS Groups and Missionary Groups. * **Participate in national and international missionary projects, which entails being outside the city and country for approximately two months per year.** *Academic Requirements:* * Bachelor’s degree in Humanities or a related field. * National missionary experience, and preferably international experience as well. * Master’s degree, or strong desire for personal and professional growth. *Requirements:* * Three years of relevant experience. * Availability to travel. * Valid passport and visa. *Required Skills:* * Knowledge of peace education, religious studies, human development, and Christian commitment; ability to apply participatory methodologies based on the aforementioned educational approaches. * Proficiency in computer systems. * Intermediate English proficiency. *Competencies:* Strategic planning, leadership, effective communication, analytical thinking, interpersonal sensitivity. *We Offer:* Statutory benefits and a subsidized meal card (80% subsidy).
