Comply with the organization’s legal framework and tax strategy through accounting management and issuance of tax information. Provide tax and accounting information timely and accurately. Lead budget management, allocation, and financial forecasting, establishing controls for execution and expenditure, ensuring internal control through policies and procedures. Ensure the existence of departmental procedures and their proper implementation to achieve planned results. Manage resources and lead strategies that support organizational development and employee retention.
