In this role, you will have full responsibility for accounting, ensuring every number tells an accurate story and complies with current regulations, transforming accounting operations into a key tool for decision-making and regulatory compliance before financial authorities. Responsibilities: \- Record and supervise all accounting transactions in the system. \- Ensure proper classification of revenues, expenses, and financial movements. \- Prepare balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow statement. \- Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. \- File monthly and annual tax returns (ISR, IVA, DIOT). \- Supervise tax withholdings and correct application of taxes. \- Manage invoicing and CFDI stamping with clients. \- Perform periodic bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies. \- Implement accounting process improvements as needed. \- Prepare and deliver reports. Requirements: \- 3 to 5+ years of experience in accounting roles, ideally within financial institutions (SOFOM, bank, or similar) \- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. \- Solid knowledge of Mexican Financial Reporting Standards (NIF), Income Tax (ISR), Value Added Tax (IVA), and Mexican tax regulation. \- Practical experience filing monthly and annual tax returns. \- Advanced proficiency in accounting software such as COI, CONTPAQi, or others. \- Experience preparing complete financial statements.
