Location: Mexicali, Baja California. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture. * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction management. * Organization and planning skills. * Building Regulations of the State of Baja California. * Standards and legislation applicable to project and construction processes at national and international levels. * Ability to read and interpret architectural and complementary project drawings. * Proficiency in Office 365. **Job Responsibilities:** * Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring they are carried out in accordance with drawings and technical specifications. * Verify that materials and methods used comply with required regulations and standards. * Plan activity schedules and assign tasks to work teams. * Ensure all activities comply with applicable legal, safety, and environmental regulations. * Maintain detailed records of project progress, including daily reports, cost control, and payment certifications.
