Continuous training and opportunities for professional growth **Job Description** At **CETEA**, we are seeking a **Computer Systems Engineer** to provide technical support to various departments across the company, ensuring proper operation of equipment, systems, and networks, as well as participating in the maintenance and development of technological solutions supporting administrative and operational processes. **Responsibilities:** * Provide on-site and remote technical support for users. * Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment. * Install, configure, and update software and hardware. * Data backup and basic system administration. * Support for networks, video surveillance cameras, IP telephony, and servers. * Proficiency with Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems. * Basic database administration (SQL or similar). * Development and maintenance of internal systems or applications. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree in Computer Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * Degree certificate and professional license. * Minimum of **1 year of experience in technical support**. * Knowledge of hardware, software, networks, and operating systems. * Familiarity with basic maintenance tools. * Analytical skills and problem-solving ability. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and punctuality. * Teamwork and service-oriented attitude. **Work Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturdays and Sundays, 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.** **We Offer** * Statutory benefits. * Job stability. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for professional growth.
