Job Summary: We are seeking a results-oriented Community Manager with experience in digital advertising (Ads) and e-commerce management for Grupo GIA. Key Highlights: 1. At **Grupo GIA**, an agency dedicated to creative advertising and digital strategies, we are looking for a results-oriented **Community Manager** with solid experience in **digital advertising (Ads)** and **e-commerce management**. **Main Responsibilities** **Social Media Management** * Planning, creation, and publication of social media content. * Responding to and managing digital communities with an appropriate tone. * Developing content calendars and strategies. **Ads (Mandatory)** * Setting up, monitoring, and optimizing campaigns on: * **Meta Ads** * **Google Ads** (Search, Display, Performance Max) * Analyzing metrics and making data-driven decisions. * Preparing reports and improvement proposals. **E-commerce** * Managing and operating online stores (Shopify, WooCommerce or similar). * Product listing, inventory management, and optimization of technical product specifications. * Supporting strategies to increase conversion and sales. * Tracking purchase flows, abandoned carts, and remarketing. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field. * **1–2 years of experience** in Community Manager or Digital Marketing roles. * Proven experience in **Ads** (Meta and Google). * Knowledge of **e-commerce** platforms. * Excellent writing skills and creativity. * Proficiency with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Creator Studio, etc. * Availability to work Monday through Friday. * Must reside near the city center of Cuernavaca. **Competencies** * Strategic thinking * Creativity and storytelling * Organization and results orientation * Analytical ability * Teamwork * Proactivity **We Offer** * Base salary * Statutory benefits * Punctuality and attendance bonuses * Creative and dynamic work environment Interested candidates who meet the profile should submit their CV and portfolio through this channel.
