Career growth within the group and continuous learning Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a MOTORCYCLE-BASED HOME COLLECTION AGENT: As a home collection agent, you are responsible for validating the information of customers applying for credit, as well as establishing payment plans for customers in their first weeks of delinquency, thereby building long-term relationships with our customers. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Visit the homes of customers who have applied for credit and validate the information provided in their applications. * Understand customers’ needs to offer them the best solution enabling them to keep their accounts current. * Provide service to our customers with respect and kindness. * Operate a motorcycle in compliance with safety regulations, always using required and necessary protective gear. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Experience in customer service, sales, or collections. * Proficiency in operating a standard motorcycle. * Valid motorcycle driver’s license. * Proficiency in using mobile devices. * Goal- and target-oriented. * Effective communication and teamwork skills. **WE OFFER:** * Base weekly salary of $ 2,500\. * Commissions ranging from $0.00 to $ 2,000\. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, Christmas bonus of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority.
