Job Summary: Ensure proper execution and budgeting of service, material, and supply orders to maintain agency operations and timely supplier payments. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensures operational continuity of agencies. 2. Efficient management of orders and payments to suppliers. 3. Guarantees compliance with agreed terms with suppliers. **OBJECTIVE:** Ensure that each agency’s service, material, and supply orders adhere to the budget and are executed correctly to meet expenditure budget requirements, and that suppliers receive corresponding payments on time and in full, thereby preventing operational disruptions. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Ensure that all service orders requested by agency managers through the system (e.g., fumigation, garbage collection, etc.) are executed and accompanied by RP (Requisition/Purchase documents) to enable timely and proper payment to suppliers. * Ensure execution of agency service requests to guarantee operational continuity and functionality of agency transportation equipment. * Guarantee that executed service requests are carried out according to terms agreed between the company and the supplier, ensuring adherence to negotiated terms. * Ensure agencies have necessary supplies for operations to guarantee operational continuity. **KNOWLEDGE:** * Budget Administration * Development and management of service indicators **EXPERIENCE:** * Distribution and delivery operations. * Procurement.
