




Job Summary: Mid-level technical support professional responsible for managing LAN/WAN networks, infrastructure, Windows systems, and IP telephony, with experience in cybersecurity. Key Responsibilities: 1. LAN/WAN network administration and infrastructure support. 2. Windows systems maintenance and basic server administration. 3. Configuration and support of IP Telephony platforms. * LAN/WAN network administration and fault diagnosis. * Configuration and support of switches, routers, and VLANs. * Level 2 support for network, infrastructure, and user incidents. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of Windows 10/11. * Basic Windows Server administration (AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, File Server). * Implementation of cybersecurity best practices for networks and endpoints. * Ticket and process management according to ITSM guidelines. * Documentation of infrastructure, inventory, and changes. * Configuration and support of IP Telephony platforms: * Support for Asterisk / FreePBX or equivalent systems * Provisioning, deprovisioning, and management of extensions * SIP Trunk configuration * Diagnosis of voice/latency/registration incidents 2–4 years of mid-level technical support experience Solid knowledge of: * LAN/WAN networks * VLANs, basic routing, managed switching * Equipment: Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti (or similar) * Windows Desktop + Windows Server * Active Directory, DNS/DHCP * IP Telephony (Asterisk/SIP) Use of ticketing / ITSM tools Advanced technical troubleshooting Position Type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $12,000.00 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Flexible hours Work Location: On-site employment
