We are seeking a **Junior Business Analyst** with experience in technology-driven environments and Agile methodologies. This role will be critical in aligning business requirements with effective technical solutions, ensuring continuous value delivery across our projects. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements. * Collaborate closely with stakeholders, development teams, and product teams. * Translate business needs into user stories, functional specifications, and clear acceptance criteria. * Participate in refinement, planning, and estimation sessions with technical teams. * Facilitate communication between business and technology areas, ensuring mutual understanding. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered functionalities. * Identify and propose improvements to processes, tools, or products. * Stay up-to-date on emerging technology trends and industry best practices. **Requirements** * 2\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology projects. * Experience gathering user requirements and translating them into technical specifications. * Proficiency with tools such as JIRA or similar for ticket and user story management. * Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). * Ability to document acceptance criteria and define process flows. * Capacity to anticipate risks, solve problems, and make effective decisions. * Excellent oral and written communication skills with both technical and non-technical teams. * Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks in dynamic environments. **Desirable** * Functional knowledge of processes such as PDP, PLP, Checkout, etc. * Experience in e-commerce or digital project environments. * Participation in roadmap definition, strategic planning, and initiative prioritization. **We Offer** * Statutory benefits * Monday to Friday * 100% on-site work in Mexico City Employment type: Full-time Salary: $25,000.00 – $27,000.00 per month Work location: On-site position
