Job Summary: Seeking a Financial Advisor to ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products, thereby building long-term relationships. Join us at BANCO AZTECA as a FINANCIAL ADVISOR: Your objective will be to ensure an excellent customer experience by selling savings, investment, and insurance products to build long-term relationships. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Advise customers on Banco Azteca’s various savings, investment, and insurance products and services, promoting cross-selling. * Advise customers on the benefits and responsibilities associated with credit. * Ensure proper implementation and execution of the deposit-capture, insurance, AFORE, and payroll strategies. * Open deposit accounts with balances and grow customer balances. * Stay updated and trained on the products and services we offer. * Obtain certification as an AFORE Promoter Agent. * Field promotion: promoting products outside the point of sale. * Make calls to place payroll and pensioner loans. * Treat customers with respect and exceed their expectations to encourage repeat visits and referrals. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Strong verbal communication skills. * Enjoyment of interacting with customers. * Experience in placing financial products and services related to savings, investment, and insurance. * Knowledge of AFORES. * Goal- and objective-oriented mindset. * Experience in field prospecting activities (e.g., street-level promotion). * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Integrity in performing duties. * Minimum completed high school education. **WE OFFER:** * Fixed weekly salary starting at: $2,000 MXN. * Weekly commissions of: $860 MXN. * Statutory benefits: Vacation starting at 12 days per year, vacation bonus of 25% annually, thirteenth-month bonus (aguinaldo) of 15 days per year—increasing according to seniority. * Working conditions: 8-hour daily schedule Monday through Sunday, with one weekday day off; weekly rotating schedule; one weekend day off per month; life insurance coverage increasing proportionally with income and seniority. * Position benefits: Job-specific training plan and personal skill development programs; enrollment in government programs to complete high school studies; university partnership agreements to continue higher education. * Financial benefits: Payroll advance; access to credit card; discounts of up to 10% on purchases at Elektra and Salinas & Rocha stores—cash purchases eligible from day one, credit purchases available after 9 months of service; preferential-rate personal loans available after 2 years of service; foreign exchange services; investment accounts; savings accounts. * Services: Access to nutritionists, psychologists, dentists, libraries, health-improvement contests and programs, guidance and support for personal achievements, family milestones, and important celebrations. * Promotions and partnerships for you and your family: Discounts at gyms, cinemas, entertainment centers, concerts, restaurants, department stores, optical shops, laboratories, clinics, schools, language institutes, universities, airlines, travel agencies, automotive dealerships, and daycare centers.
