Review and report that materials requested by site supervisors are used exclusively for the program and/or activity to which they belong, to prevent leakage and waste. 2. Document the history of the supervised structure to verify that released materials have been satisfactorily utilized. 3. Support and supervise scheduled on-site events (e.g., site tours) to demonstrate the actual progress of the construction project. 4. Plan and issue work order opening schedules and cost center assignments to enable payment tracking. 5. Reconcile executed work against the monthly balance sheet with the Controller’s Office. 6. Review and, where applicable, validate change orders generated during the project. 7. Control and track haulage and aggregate supply files provided by unions. 8. Review and validate payroll generated by the site supervisor for subsequent payment to personnel. 9.
