




Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to perform reconciliations, inventory management, cash flow management, and administrative support at Ford Azcapotzalco. Key Highlights: 1. Ø Two years of experience in an accounting position. Proficiency in PC software, including databases and internet browsers. Responsibilities: · Physical inventory of new and used units · Reconciliation of physical inventory · Reconciliation of Ford Credit units · Reconciliation of Ford Credit parts · Verification of liaison accounts · Bank reconciliations · Cash flow management · Review and processing of check requests · Recording of daily cash reports · ONBASE reconciliation · Filing of daily cash reports · Submission of used vehicle inventory · Administration and control of original unit invoices · Reconciliation of advertising and AMF expenses · Administrative support Skills: Ø Communication Ø Handling Difficult Interactions Ø Interpersonal Relationships Ø Teamwork Ø Customer Service Ø Negotiation Ø Resilience Ø Stress Management Time Management Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We offer: Base salary + statutory benefits.
