




We are looking for a responsible, organized, and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant for a real estate company in León, Guanajuato, to support the company’s accounting and administrative processes, ensuring accurate recording of financial transactions and compliance with current tax and accounting regulations. \- Main responsibilities: \- Support bank reconciliation and account control. \- Prepare and review invoicing, expenses, and supporting documentation. \- Maintain up-to-date accounting and documentary information. \- Support preparation of accounting and financial reports. \- Collaborate on monthly accounting closings. \- Support tax and administrative procedures (where applicable). \- Comply with internal policies and accounting guidelines. \- Requirements: \- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Administration, or related field (current student or graduate). \- Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar position (preferred). \- Basic knowledge of general accounting and invoicing. \- Proficiency in Excel (basic–intermediate level). \- Knowledge of accounting systems (COI, CONTPAQi, SAP, or others) is preferred. \- Skills and competencies: \- Organization and attention to detail. \- Responsibility and professional ethics. \- Analytical ability. \- Handling of confidential information. \- Teamwork. \- Proactivity and willingness to learn. \- We offer: \- Statutory benefits. \- Job stability. \- Opportunities for learning and professional development. \- A professional and collaborative work environment.
