





**A globally renowned bank is seeking candidates due to expansion:** **Automotive Sector Credit Management and Recovery Executive – 100% field-based position** **Personal vehicle (car or motorcycle) is mandatory** Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua (100% field-based work) Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Availability for overtime work required; overtime is compensated) **Job Objective:** Manage delinquent automotive loan portfolio clients by offering tailored solutions to regularize their credit obligations and ensure efficient portfolio recovery. **Key Responsibilities:** * Conduct home visits to clients with overdue or written-off accounts. * Locate clients, negotiate repayment agreements, and document all agreements. * Analyze clients’ financial situations and propose viable alternative repayment options. * Monitor compliance with agreed commitments, identify causes of non-payment or potential fraud. * Accept vehicle repossession (dación en pago) where applicable. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. * **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in collections or recovery of delinquent portfolios. * **Skills:** Negotiation, customer service, emotional intelligence, self-directed work.
