**Main Responsibilities:** 1\. Diagnosing mechanical and electrical problems: Using hand tools and specialized equipment to identify faults in the engine, transmission, brakes, electrical system, and other vehicle components. 2\. Repairing and replacing components: Performing adjustments, repairs, or replacements of defective parts such as brakes, batteries, steering systems, suspension, among others. 3\. Preventive maintenance: Carrying out services such as oil changes, fluid inspections, tire alignment and balancing, brake adjustments, and other necessary maintenance tasks. 4\. Operational testing: Testing vehicles after repairs to ensure they are in optimal condition. 5\. Compliance with safety standards: Following occupational health and safety protocols in the workshop. **Required Skills and Competencies:** * Solid knowledge of automotive mechanics (engines, electrical, hydraulic, and electronic systems). * Ability to operate hand tools and computerized diagnostic equipment. * Capacity to solve problems and make decisions under pressure. * Organization and attention to detail. * Willingness to continuously learn about new automotive systems and technologies. **Job Requirements** * Technical certification in automotive mechanics (or equivalent). * Prior experience in an automotive workshop or similar role. * Basic computer skills to operate diagnostic equipment and management software. * Valid driver’s license.
