




**Job Information** ------------------- The Assembly Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs and materials to manufacturing employees to enhance their knowledge and skills. The primary focus is to provide training on operational processes, equipment usage, safety procedures, and quality control measures. This position will work closely with the training team, operations managers, supervisors, and team leaders.**Role & Responsibility** -------------------------- * Conduct and deliver training sessions for new and existing employees on operational processes (especially assembly), equipment usage, safety protocols, and quality control procedures. * Develop and update training materials, including presentations, brochures, and manuals, to ensure that information provided to trainees is accurate and up-to-date. * Assess training needs through observation, feedback, and performance evaluations to identify knowledge gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions. * Collaborate with subject matter experts and department managers to ensure training programs align with organizational objectives and manufacturing best practices. * Utilize a variety of instructional techniques and methods, such as classroom training, hands-on demonstrations, online learning modules, and simulations, to facilitate effective learning. * Monitor and evaluate trainee performance during and after training sessions, providing constructive feedback and additional coaching as needed. * Maintain training records and documentation, including attendance sheets, completion certificates, and evaluation forms, and upload these records into our internal system (computer literacy). * Stay current on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements related to manufacturing processes and training methodologies. * Collaborate with the Training Manager to continuously improve training programs, identify areas for improvement, and implement innovative solutions. Track KPIs. * Adhere to safety protocols and ensure trainees are aware of and follow safety guidelines at all times. **Job Requirement** ------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience. * Knowledge of assembly and related processes. * Preferred experience in a manufacturing environment in a training or instructional role. * Knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment operation, and quality control measures. Excellent communication and presentation skills (group facilitation), with the ability to effectively deliver training content to diverse audiences. * Proficiency in using training software, learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia tools. Demonstrated ability to assess training needs, develop materials, and measure training effectiveness. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain accurate records and documentation, as well as to identify patterns and trends. * Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and build positive relationships with employees at all levels. * Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines. * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in the fields of manufacturing and training. * Travel required: < 10%. * English language proficiency is valued but not mandatory.
