File management, payroll administration, and incident tracking A reputable construction company is seeking: **Administrative Assistant** **Requirements:** Experience in administrative roles Intermediate Excel proficiency Organization, responsibility, and excellent attitude Availability to perform operational and administrative tasks **Main Responsibilities:** \-Invoicing \-Customer service: Customer follow-up \-Perform basic administrative and accounting tasks \-Ticket and expense voucher control \-Integration, safekeeping, and updating of physical and digital personnel files \-Payroll incident follow-up (absences, tardiness, vacations, disabilities) \-Vacation, leave, and absence tracking and control \-Support in payroll administration and pre-payroll processing \-Assist in implementing internal policies and procedures **We Offer:** Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Salary: $12,000 net (statutory benefits) Location: Azcapotzalco Position Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
