We are looking to add to our team an Administrative Assistant focused on administrative control, customer service, and support for digital sales. **Responsibilities:** * Issuing invoices and credit notes (CFDI). * Applying and reconciling customer payments. * Tracking and managing local and national orders. * Customer service via WhatsApp and social media. * Supporting sales activities and prospect follow-up on social media. * Preparing administrative reports and managing information. * General support in e-commerce department processes. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Marketing, or related field (in progress or completed). * Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative functions, e-commerce, or customer service (preferred). * Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets. * Basic knowledge of electronic invoicing and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) preferred. * Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills. * Interest in digital sales and social media. **We Offer:** * Statutory benefits. * Opportunity for growth within the company. * Dynamic work environment focused on e-commerce.
