Ensure efficient information flow and validate accounting closings **QUALITAS is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Tlalpan, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Would you like to join the leading automotive insurance company? **We’re Looking for Talent!** ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR **Quálitas insures cars, cares for people** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Public Accounting (degree completed) Knowledge of Basic Accounting and Excel (assessment required) Availability to attend an in-person interview **Objective:** To lead the assigned accounting team, ensuring timely accounting recordkeeping and timely submission of closing information (no later than the fifth business day of each month), through training and feedback provided to accounting and payroll analysts, thereby guaranteeing compliance with applicable accounting standards and current laws. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure accurate accounting recordkeeping, timely preparation, and delivery of information. Stay up-to-date on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, including general provisions, accounting regulations applicable to insurers, the Single Insurance and Surety Circular (CUSF), and Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Ensure efficient information flow within the accounting department, maintaining constant supervision and direct communication with area supervisors to promptly identify incidents.
