If you are a responsible, proactive individual eager to work as part of a team, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor and supervise loading and unloading logistics, waybills, documentation, assignment of units, containers, and operators according to availability and scheduling; provide direct support to operators, assistants, and customers; monitor, manage, and organize daily incidents, procedures, controls, equipment, corrections, and discipline; accompany assistants and operators. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Sunday with weekend day off 8-hour shifts on rotating schedules 6:00 am to 2:00 pm 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm 10:00 pm to 6:00 am **We Offer:** Base Salary $12,830.00 per month Weekly Pay (every Friday) via BANORTE 15 days year-end bonus 12 days of vacation annually Vacation bonus 25% Sunday premium pay 25% Profit sharing Free uniforms Grocery vouchers 5% Savings fund 6% Major Medical Expense Insurance Life Insurance
