**We’re looking for your talent as a CRM Manager/Marketing** **Strategy and Automation** * Design, implement, and optimize CRM strategies focused on retention, reactivation, and cross-sell. * Build multichannel journeys, workflows, and automations (email, push, SMS, in-app). * Segment audiences based on behavior, value, lifecycle stage, and affinity. * Proficiency in SQL. **Campaigns and Communication** * Create and execute personalized campaigns with a focus on performance and user experience. * Develop copywriting and communication logic relevant to each segment. * Coordinate communication calendars aligned with promotions, sports seasons, and product launches. **Data & Performance** * Analyze key metrics: engagement, open rate, CTR, activation, retention, LTV, churn. * Propose continuous optimizations based on data, A/B testing, and incremental learning. * Maintain dashboards and periodic reports for stakeholders. **Integrations and Platforms** * Manage the CRM and marketing automation platform (familiarity with Optimove is preferred). * Collaborate with product, BI, and technology teams to ensure integrations, data flows, and triggers. * Ensure adherence to best practices, deliverability, and data quality. **What We’re Looking For** * 3 years of experience managing CRM, lifecycle marketing, or marketing automation. * Strong expertise in segmentation, customer journeys, and retention metrics. * Basic HTML knowledge for email editing (preferred). * High analytical capability and KPI orientation. * Excellent communication skills and data-driven storytelling. * **Preferred**: Experience in iGaming, sports betting, or gaming. **What We Offer** Competitive salary commensurate with experience Statutory benefits Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM; Saturdays, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM Position type: Full-time Salary: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per month Application question(s): * Years of experience as a CRM Manager or Marketing Automation Specialist * Do you have experience in data analysis? * Do you have experience in the gaming or sports events industry?
