We’re looking for Talent! **Collection Supervisor*****(AJUSCO)*** Quálitas: We Insure Cars, We Care for People **Responsibilities:** * Execute collection strategies, ensuring activity compliance, evaluating performance, and implementing training programs to develop team members and achieve established objectives. * Prepare weekly productivity reports for the department, reporting service levels as well as inventories of clarifications and pending items to management, to monitor team performance, identify opportunities, and improve efficiency. * Perform monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing reports on the status of financial and tax information delivery from branch offices, validating and monitoring the collection bridge account balance. * Develop departmental process manuals, generating workflows and automating processes. * Ensure that cash cut-off records and financial and tax information from branch offices are updated according to Institutional Policy, maintaining internal communication with respective departments. * Conduct monthly team-building activities, effective and assertive communication exercises, and continuous improvement initiatives, holding biweekly periodic meetings and workshops to explain various scenarios and examples of incidents arising from collection implementation, aiming to increase team productivity, quality, and efficiency. **Requirements:** * **Education: \*ONLY\* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Public Accounting (degree required)** * **Knowledge of Basic Accounting and Excel (test required)** * Experience as a Collection Analyst or Collection Supervisor (preferred) * Availability to attend an in-person interview * **Clean Credit Bureau Record** **We Offer:** * **Base Salary of $24,000 Gross** * Statutory and above-statutory benefits (IMSS, 30-day bonus, INFONAVIT, PTU, gym partnerships, academic scholarships, internal university, among others). * 100% payroll. * Direct employment with the company. * Psychological support for employees. * Career development plan. * **Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM** **Work Location: Carr.
