We're looking for Talent! **Collection Supervisor*****(AJUSCO)*** Quálitas, We Insure Cars, We Care for People **Responsibilities:** * Execute collection strategies, ensuring compliance with activities, evaluating performance, and implementing training programs for staff development in order to achieve established objectives. * Prepare weekly productivity reports for the department, reporting service levels and inventory of clarifications and pending items to management, to monitor team performance and identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. * Carry out monthly and annual accounting closings, preparing reports on the status of financial and tax information delivery from offices, validating and monitoring the balance of the collection bridge account. * Develop process manuals for the department, creating workflow diagrams and automating processes. * Ensure cash cut-offs and financial and tax information from offices are updated according to Institutional Policy, maintaining internal communication with relevant departments. * Conduct monthly teamwork activities, effective and assertive communication, as well as continuous improvement initiatives, holding regular biweekly meetings and workshops to explain various scenarios and examples of incidents in collections application; aiming to increase team productivity, quality, and efficiency. **We Offer:** * Base salary of $24,000 Gross * Statutory and additional benefits (Group Medical Insurance, 30 days year-end bonus, Life Insurance, Profit Sharing, gym partnerships, school scholarships, internal university, among others). * 100% payroll employment. * Direct hiring by the company. * Psychological support for employees. * Career development plan. * Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Requirements:** * Education: \*ONLY\* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Public Accounting * Knowledge of Basic Accounting and Excel (test required) * Experience as a Collections Analyst or Collections Supervisor (desirable) * Availability to attend an in-person interview * Clean credit history Work location: Carr.
