




Join our workforce and achieve all your goals... **GNP INSURANCE IS LOOKING FOR A CLAIMS ANALYST.** Mission: Manage customer service in claims operational processes, establishing synergy with internal departments to deliver high-quality and timely responses, meeting the promised service levels. **Responsibilities:** Extract reports and provide claims analysis information to monitor service level compliance with internal departments. Manage the investigation and testing of new technologies and issue recommendations for their use. Verify activated claims cases with internal departments, explaining issues and/or needs to provide responses to customers. Support and/or manage external customer inquiries or complex cases as required, ensuring timely response to claims. Consolidate administrative payments for direct penalty collections. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree or Engineer (in final stages) in Economics or Business Administration. Database management (data matching and pivot tables). Executive presentations. Excellent writing and spelling skills. **Experience in:** Customer service and corporate account management. General conditions of auto insurance, claims, contracting, and collections depending on the line of business (Auto and GMM). Insurance sector (Auto and/or GMM).
