Validate working papers and analyze accounting variances **QUALITAS is seeking an Accounting Supervisor in Tlalpan, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------- Would you like to join the market leader in auto insurance? **We Are Hiring Talent!** ACCOUNTING SUPERVISOR **Quálitas insures cars, protects people** **Requirements:** Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Public Accounting (Degree holder) Knowledge of Basic Accounting and Excel (assessment required) Availability to attend an in-person interview **Objective:** To lead the assigned accounting team, ensuring timely accounting entries and timely submission of month-end closing information (no later than the fifth business day of each month), through training and feedback provided to accounting and payroll analysts, thereby guaranteeing compliance with applicable accounting standards and current laws. **Main Responsibilities:** Ensure accurate accounting recording, timely preparation and submission of financial information. Remain up-to-date on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters, including general provisions, accounting regulations applicable to insurers, the Single Insurance and Surety Circular (CUSF), and Financial Reporting Standards (NIF). Ensure efficient information flow within the accounting department by maintaining constant supervision and direct communication with area supervisors, to promptly identify incidents.
