Verify compliance with current accounting regulations **QUALITAS seeks an Accounting Coordinator in Picacho \- Ajusco \- Tlalpan, Mexico City** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A leading company in the insurance sector is seeking: **Accounting Coordinator** Work Location: Tlalpan, Mexico City (Picacho Ajusco) **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate transaction recording. * Ensure timely delivery of financial information for monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. * Verify compliance with current accounting regulations (CUSF, NIF, and sector-specific regulations). * Ensure proper implementation of accounting criteria in company operations. * Monitor information flow within the department to meet closing calendar deadlines. * Train and develop the team under supervision, promoting continuous performance improvement. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting (degree holder). * Prior experience coordinating work teams (approximately 10–15 people). * Knowledge of the Unified Insurance and Surety Circular (CUSF). * Proficiency in Financial Information Standards (NIF). * Familiarity with accounting regulations applicable to insurance companies. **We Offer:** * Gross monthly salary of $35,000\. * Statutory and above-statutory benefits: IMSS, life insurance, 30-day bonus, profit-sharing (PTU), agreements, academic scholarships, and other benefits. * Direct employment contract with the company. * 100% payroll-based employment model. * Professional development plan. * Psychological support for employees. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 18:30 hrs.
