Position Objective: Provide support for Securities Administration, including onboarding and maintenance of issuers, as well as corporate rights or events declared by such issuers, in order to maintain control over clients’ investment positions in securities. Each day you will face new and interesting challenges in your role, for which you will be responsible for: 1\.\- Onboarding fixed-income and equity issuers into various internal systems. 2\.\- Timely submission of information related to corporate rights or corporate events. 3\.\- Execution, control, reporting, and follow-up of settlements and records arising from corporate rights. 4\.\- Maintenance of fixed-income and equity issuers to ensure accurate settlement. 5\.\- Supporting the review process of brokerage house, bank, and investment fund account statements. 6\.\- Month-end closing activities, validation of issuers in default or non-compliance, and entry of stock market indicators. 7\.\- Reading and analyzing various sources regarding the exercise of corporate rights (Indeval, Stock Bulletin, Emisnet, BMV and BIVA notices, etc.). 8\.\- Managing and tracking tax-benefit forms with INDEVAL for clients trading international securities. Requirements: * Academic background: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Actuarial Science, or related field. * Years of experience: Recent graduate or 6 months’ experience in brokerage houses, banking, finance, or the securities industry. * Areas of expertise: Economic and financial areas, operations, and finance. * Required knowledge: Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel.
