Provide support and advisory services to security system users **Private Security Company Seeks:** ***Monitoring Operator*** **Job Objective:** As an operator at an alarm, video, security personnel, and/or emergency services control and monitoring center, the incumbent is responsible for supervising and protecting all persons and premises connected to the monitoring center; their permanent mission is to promptly attend to and respond to emergency situations. Therefore, they must remain vigilant, respond to alarms, and lead responses to adverse situations in order to implement and comply with established procedures—such as dispatching supervision teams, contacting authorities, or making notifications to the appropriate level. **Requirements:** * Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Law, or related field. * Languages: Basic English. * Experience: 1–2 years in alarm and monitoring centers. * Intermediate computer equipment proficiency. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). **Main Responsibilities:** * Answer calls and handle emergency situations. * Monitor video surveillance systems. * Monitor intrusion alarm systems. * Provide advisory and support services to system users. * Dispatch emergency response teams and/or supervision personnel. **Other Skills:** * Strong conflict management skills. * Organized. * Negotiation skills. * Frustration tolerance. * Results-oriented. * Leadership skills. * Teamwork ability. * Sense of urgency. * Ability to work under pressure. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Saturday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. **Employment Offer:** * Monthly **net salary:** $15,000 MXN. * Biweekly payment. * Statutory benefits.
