Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Delivery Manager to ensure the proper execution of technology projects, coordinating teams and guaranteeing high-impact deliveries across business, architecture, and development. We are looking for an IT Delivery Manager who ensures the proper execution of technology projects, serving as a key link among business, architecture, and development to guarantee high-impact deliveries. Job Objective: Coordinate end-to-end execution of technology projects, ensuring teams have the necessary context, resources, and alignment to meet timelines, quality standards, and business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate all project-related information (implementations, enhancements, and corrections), ensuring visibility and alignment across teams. Ensure Solution Architects and Business Analysts have the necessary context (SOW, questionnaires, volume metrics, JIRA dashboards) for effective time and effort (T&E) estimations. Manage planning and execution jointly with BAs and Tech Leads, ensuring delivery expectations are met. Request and provision technical resources (developers) in coordination with the IT Business Partner (ITBP). Ensure standardization of functional artifacts (SOW) and execution artifacts (JIRA), promoting their use as the single source of truth. Identify, document, and mitigate execution risks related to team velocity and technical dependencies. Continuously monitor project progress, ensuring quality, timelines, and objective achievement. Profile: Experience as Delivery Manager, IT Project Manager, or similar role. Solid knowledge of technology project management and agile methodologies. Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (BAs, Architecture, Development). Proficiency with tools such as JIRA and artifact management (e.g., SOW).
