Participate in projects related to credit, financial services (fintech), factoring, and activities of a SOFOM. Review and drafting of contracts. Legal research and follow-up on procedures. Provide support in the administration of corporate and property structures. **Main Responsibilities:** * Review, drafting, and management of corporate, credit, and factoring contracts. * Legal support in financing operations, factoring, and credit structuring. * Research and analysis of applicable regulations. * Follow-up on procedures before authorities, notaries, translators, and external law firms. * Organization and maintenance of legal files and databases (physical and digital). * Coordination of signatures, minutes, and corporate documentation. * Management of trusts, financial, and property matters.
