Organized, analytical profile with high attention to detail and report generation.** **Position Objective:** Ensure proper operation of branches across Mexico by conducting frequent visits to supervise compliance with processes, policies, and appropriate inventory management. The ideal candidate will serve as a key liaison between management and branches, ensuring operational efficiency, supporting branch executives' advisory needs, and staff development—someone proactive with excellent leadership skills. **Key Responsibilities** Supervision: Conduct targeted audits at branches to ensure compliance with processes, policies, store image, and maintenance. Operational Management: Verify proper handling of petty cash, invoicing, expense reporting, perform cash audits, and follow up on completion and submission of operational forms. Training and Development: Train new employees at branches, reinforcing company policies and procedures. Planning and Strategy: Develop and monitor action plans to improve performance of supervised branches. Logistics and Purchasing: Place purchase orders to ensure branches have necessary materials for operations. Store Inventory: Supervise and ensure proper custody and control of inventory at branches, including adherence to policies and procedures during inventory tasks. **Required Skills** In-person customer service at branch Cash handling and point-of-sale terminal operation Inventory management Invoicing Order processing Knowledge of management and control applications. **Interpersonal Skills:** Leadership and ability to motivate teams.
