Handle branch needs such as stationery and general supplies. Control gasoline allocation for delivery vehicles. Carry out necessary procedures with local and federal authorities. Review and validate daily cash register reports. Receive daily cash and checks and secure them in the safe. Safeguard valuables such as cash, invoices, and temporary cash vouchers. Authorize supplier orders. Approve daily service records for supplier payments. Supervise and coordinate inventories. Record accounts payable for received purchases. Supervise the receipt, placement, and storage of incoming materials. Collect and send customer onboarding information to the Corporate Credit department. Ensure credit terms (amount and duration) match customer needs. Authorize quotations, delivery notes, and additional credit. Coordinate with Corporate Credit for approvals beyond your authority. Refer clients with overdue payments exceeding 90 days to the Legal Department. Oversee recruitment and selection of new employees. Provide necessary induction and training for new staff. Prepare personnel incident reports for the branch. Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. * Experience in personnel management and leadership skills, customer focus, communication, and negotiation abilities. * Must have job stability, letters of recommendation or employment certificates, and a phone number for employment references. * No outstanding debt with BBVA, as payroll is processed through this bank.
