**We offer** * **Salary:** $20,000 gross monthly * **Statutory benefits** * **Uniform** * **Savings fund** * **Working hours:** * Monday to Friday, **8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.** * Saturdays, **9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.** **Requirements** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field. * **Essential knowledge:** * Banking and banking operations * Invoicing * File management and control * Cash control * **Advanced Excel (mandatory)** * Experience in monitoring and controlling cash balances. **Job Description** Responsible for supervising and controlling cash balances across all cash registers, ensuring compliance with the established policy in each business unit. **Key Responsibilities** * **Cash balance supervision:** Verify and monitor cash balances at branch locations. * **Deposit requests:** Review daily closing balances to generate deposit instructions for Panamericano Bank for the following day. * **Funding management:** Plan and authorize weekly funding of operational accounts to ensure smooth operations. * **Discrepancy control and follow-up:** Identify, review, and track daily balance discrepancies. * **Check authorization:** Record cash outflows for items such as payroll deductions, severance payments, incident reports, as well as inflows from overages, checks, or transfers. * **Operational balance monitoring:** Monitor operational bank balances in real time to ensure liquidity and transfer excess funds to the investment department. * **Bank reconciliation:** Lead the reconciliation process for all company bank accounts.
