Job Responsibilities: Corporate Practice: Drafting contracts; notarial procedures; government agency filings; IMPI registrations; permit and license applications; company formation; shareholders’ meeting minutes. Litigation Practice: Monitoring and analyzing family, civil, commercial, and amparo lawsuits; drafting complaints; filing responses to complaints; procedural motions; attending court hearings and performing judicial proceedings. Mandatory Requirements: \* Possession of professional license and degree registration with the Courts of the State of Puebla.
