We seek a legal professional with a law degree and experience in corporate law, notarial services, and commercial contracts. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in Law, duly certified Intermediate English proficiency Minimum 2 years of experience in similar positions, notary offices, law firms, or litigation No experience required in commercial or civil litigation **Responsibilities:** Control and management of documentation and legal acts (coordination with notaries, lawyers, and suppliers) Drafting and updating **shareholders’ meeting minutes** and corporate books Extrajudicial debt collection Drafting and reviewing **commercial contracts** Coordination and follow-up with **notaries** (powers of attorney, notarized documents, articles of incorporation, etc.) Appearances before the **Public Prosecutor’s Office** Verification of legal procedures for foreign documentation Drafting responses to official communications from **courts and government authorities** Knowledge of **annulment lawsuits, administrative appeals, and proceedings before the Mexican Institute of Industrial Property (IMPI)** (trademarks) **We Offer:** Salary: $16,584 monthly **Benefits exceeding statutory requirements:** Savings fund Grocery vouchers Subsidized cafeteria Major Medical Expense Insurance (MMEI) Life insurance If you meet the profile, apply now and join our team!
