***Telecommunications Technician (Innovation)*** **Requirements:** \-Technical degree or TSU in: Telecommunications, Electronics with specialization in RF, Data Networks and Transmission, Communication Systems or Information Technologies (network-focused). \-Desirable: Incomplete Engineering degree or specialization in telecommunications, electronics, \- **1 to 3 years of experience** in telecommunications, wireless networks, link installation and testing, network support or implementation. \-Availability for mobility within the city. **\-Knowledge in:** * Principles of **Radio Frequency (RF).** * Wireless link design. * Point-to-point (PtP) and point-to-multipoint (PtMP) links. * Knowledge of radio frequency systems (VHF, UHF, SHF). * **RF technology and vendor selection.** * Knowledge of technologies: * Professional Wi\-Fi. * Microwave links. * LTE / 4G / 5G (desirable). * Link budget and propagation. * Antennas: gain, radiation pattern, installation. * Technical regulation and spectrum (IFT). * Reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams. * RF video (COFDM, IP over RF). **Job Responsibilities:** \-Design the system’s wireless link. \- Design and size **wireless links** for real-time data and video transmission. **\-** Select RF technologies and vendors. \- Define the **technical architecture** of the communication and video system. \- Conduct **coverage, latency, and performance tests** on wireless links. \- Validate proper link operation prior to commissioning. \- Identify and diagnose **failures, interference, or service degradation**. **\-** Document test results, system performance, and identified **technical limitations**. \- Coordinate response to critical operational incidents (system outages, security events, high demand). **We Offer:** \-Work location: Atlixcáyotl Territorial Reserve \-Salary range: $13,000\.00 \- 15,000\.00 \-Work tools Job type: Full-time Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Salary increases * Sick days * Company parking * Free parking * Medical expense insurance * Company phone * Additional vacation days or paid leave Workplace: On-site employment
